Good to know
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The QR code opens your menu in the phone's browser. Guests type their name and order. That is all.
What do I need to start?
An internet connection and any phone, tablet or computer for your staff. Print the QR sheet, stick the codes on your tables, and you are ready. An 80 mm thermal printer is useful for KOTs and bills.
Can guests order a second round?
Yes. Each round goes to the kitchen as a new KOT on the same table order, and the final bill brings every round together.
Can someone order for a table they are not sitting at?
No. Every QR code carries a long secret code, not the table number, so nobody can guess another table's link. Switching a table off stops its code at once.
Do you take the payment from guests?
Not for now. Guests pay you the way they do today, by cash, card or UPI, and your cashier records how they paid. Split payments are fully supported.
